Biography

Adam joined Watson in 2019 with a strong economic background, and knowledge of federal and municipal housing policy.  He completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Geography at Brock University.  His master’s thesis examined the role of mortgage debt in supporting the Canadian economy through the global financial crisis of 2008, as well as the national importance of Toronto’s diverse condominium market.

After completing his master’s degree in Geography, Adam worked on a program evaluation of Niagara Region’s Niagara Prosperity Initiative.  In this role he used various qualitative and quantitative analytical tools to inform formal program recommendations.

His capabilities make him a valuable asset at Watson in the areas of demographics, land needs forecasting, housing studies, and real estate market analysis.

Adam calls Niagara Falls home because of his desire to live close to family, and away from the busy city lifestyle.
