Elizabeth is primarily involved with research and analysis for growth management studies, municipal comprehensive reviews, official plan reviews, demographic forecasting, and employment land strategies.

Before joining Watson in 2019, Elizabeth spent five years as a planner in the municipal sector, focusing on planning policies, growth management studies, infrastructure programming, and municipal finance.  Prior to this, she was a research assistant at Queen’s University and prepared planning research reports, and data and mapping analyses.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Environmental Science, Geography, and Earth Science from the University of Toronto.  She also holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University.  She is a registered professional planner (RPP) and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.

Elizabeth lives in Toronto.  She can be found taking baking classes at George Brown College and exploring the many bookstores and coffee shops that the City has to offer.
