Shaila Taku, M.Plan

Shaila joined the firm in July 2020 with prior experience in planning and real estate analysis for housing and employment lands.  Before joining Watson, she worked with Ernst & Young LLP as an Associate on their Transaction Advisory Services Team.

She has a Bachelor of Physical Planning degree and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, as well as a Certificate in Applied Digital Geography and GIS from the Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University.

Shaila lives in Toronto near Liberty Village. She enjoys the area because of the diverse range of activities and events the neighbourhood has to offer, as well as its central location and transit options that enable access to surrounding areas in the GTA.
