Tayler joined Watson’s municipal finance team in 2022 and assists in the development of quantitative models, research, and report writing for development charges background studies.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with distinction from the Schulich School of Business with a study emphasis in finance and operations. She also holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics from the Schulich School of Business. Having previously worked in the finance department at a large mining company and as a consultant for Suncor, Tayler’s ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets makes her a valuable asset to our team.
Tayler is originally from Sudbury, Ontario, where she grew up playing hockey. She continued her hockey career playing for the York University Women’s team while pursuing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She now resides in Mississauga where she spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, playing golf and hiking the vast network of trails in the area around her home. She also devotes time volunteering with her sister to raise money for the non-profit organization they started in 2017 called “Dream to Be.” Money raised helps fund underprivileged girls to get their start in hockey in Tayler’s hometown of Sudbury.
