Brad is primarily involved with research and analysis for growth management studies, employment and commercial lands strategies, and demographic forecasting.
Prior to joining Watson in 2014, Brad spent 10 years as a Market Analyst for Purolator and Sobeys, where he prepared retail demand and impact studies. Following these roles, Brad worked as a consultant with various clients in the private and public sectors.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo. He is a registered professional planner (RPP) and a professional land economist (PLE).
Brad lives in the thriving City of Mississauga. He loves that it's possible to live, work and raise a family there. He also likes spending less time on the road commuting to the office - and more time with his family enjoying the many recreational amenities that Mississauga offers.
