Matt Bouroukis, BA (Hons), MBE

Matt supports Watson in the areas of municipal finance, development charges, water and wastewater rate studies, financial plans, asset management, and development application and permit fee studies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Matt worked for the Distributive Trade Division of Statistics Canada.  In this role, he utilized statistical analysis on confidential business data for several sub-annual retail surveys.

He holds a Master of Business Economics degree from Brock University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from McMaster University.

Matt’s education and work experience in business economics give him a solid foundation in statistical forecasting and analysis.

Matt lives in the GTA, and enjoys it most because he has access to all kinds of food from around the world.
