Subrina Goolsarran, MBA

Subrina’s primary focus is in the areas of municipal finance and development charges.

Prior to joining Watson in 2020, Subrina spent over eight years working as a Project Accountant in the engineering and construction industries.  Her strong background in finance equips her with the analytical and reporting expertise needed to thrive in her current role.

Subrina holds a post-graduate certificate in business administration and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.  She also holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in management from the University of Guyana.

Subrina lives in nearby Brampton, where she is close to family and friends who are an important part of her life.
