Saleh joined Watson’s municipal finance group in 2024 and provides support in the areas of asset management, development charges, development application fees studies, stormwater rate studies, and water and wastewater rate studies.
Previously, he worked as an Operations Analyst for the Municipality of Lakeshore where he gained hands-on experience with asset management plans, levels of service, asset inventory data, improving maintenance management, and writing request for proposals, request for tenders, and reports to council for the water and wastewater department.
Prior to that, he worked at a Fortune 500 company, S&P Global, where he progressed from Data Analyst to Assistant Operations Manager, focusing on attention to detail, accuracy, service level agreements, project management, and operations management with the core objective of providing quality data to their clients.
Saleh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from COMSATS University, a Micro-Credential in Business Analysis Essentials from the University of Toronto, and currently he is working towards his Certified Asset Management Professional designation through Northern Lakes College (authorized by PEMAC).
Saleh has lived in three different countries, each with unique food, culture, and traditions. He enjoys road trips to mountains and lakes, as well as photographing nature. Currently residing in Windsor, Ontario, he enjoys relaxing on weekends with his wife, eating burgers, fries, and watching Netflix.
